Individual Therapy

The traditional therapy model you are likely used to. If 1:1 therapy is what works best for you, great! Together, we will help you to start getting real about what you need, and how to get it. For these sessions I ask that you come prepared with what you’d like to dig into, and we will get right to it so your hour is worth your time and money.

Individual Intensive Session (3-4 hours)

If you are busy and hardly have time to get a shower and eat lunch, this is the option for you. In 4 hours we will go deep to explore strategies to manage guilt, reduce overcommitment, and enhance self-care. You will leave these sessions with a crystal clear plan for changing your life for the better that is based on your insights and customized perfectly for you. No more burnout, no more exhaustion. Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful therapy based in neuroscience to help you process and release the root causes of anxiety, depression, burnout, and a wide variety of other challenges. Brainspotting allows you to access and heal unresolved trauma, and is a gentle but highly effective approach.
