When offering wellness services, it is important to keep this type of complimentary relationship in mind: what is the greatest need? What things can be paired to make it not just a good experience, but a hugely impactful one?
In the next few weeks I’ll be relaunching my website, catalystmentalwellness.com and I hope you’ll be among the first visitors. Something distinct you’ll notice is that there are 2 primary offerings. I’m excited to offer these two things, as they go together like a great cup of coffee and a delicious doughnut. Pancakes and syrup. Macaroni and cheese. Chips and salsa. You get the idea.
First, you’ll see I’ll still be offering traditional therapy services. If you are a professional woman who is struggling with burnout, anxiety, or just feeling lost, I’ve got you covered. Using both “no-nonsense” and compassion, you’ll learn more about yourself and discover answers for how to move forward.
Second (and this, my friends, is the sweet, fresh doughnut), is what is called the Alignment Intensive. This is a perfect complement to therapy but is also delicious as a stand-alone service. Here’s the quick and dirty about intensives:
-
-
- They perfect for women who are pressed for time and want to get straight to the point.
- They usually last about 4 hours at a time (with plenty of breaks).
- They’re highly interactive and involve worksheets, brainstorming, journal time, and loads of face time with me to ensure you’re able to move through the emotionally sticky spots.
- They’re focused on areas of misalignment that need realignment. For example, if you are a busy professional who is also a parent, are you showing up in both areas like you want to? If you value your friendships but can’t remember the last time you met up with your besties, is something out of balance? If you’re anxious and not sleeping, but encourage your team to practice self-care, is this really authentic?
- It is not clinical in nature, but rather complimentary to your therapeutic process (even if you aren’t currently in therapy). Intensives will focus on your vision, your boundaries, your strengths, and your goals.
- You leave intensives with a full workbook, clear action items, and two weeks of individual follow up with me to make sure you stay on course.
- They can be virtual or in person, depending on your preference.
